We do electronic circuit, electro-mechanical or mechanical repairs, redesign or custom design on all consumer and commercial and professional products.
The repair or re-design solutions applied comes from 30 years of professional electronics electrical & electro-mechanical engineering experience.
The diagnostics and assessment cost, when refused to proceed to repair, is waived If you decide to leave the item with us, and if has useful parts feasible to salvage .
For the waived fee we use the unit for parts or refurbish for resale if we find it feasible to do so.

Electronic Precision Repairs and custom designs and solutions are done in various
workshop locations in Toronto GTA.

Returns, Refunds & Service Policies:
()STOCK or NEW Sold items will be exchanged if only found manufacturer's defect, and provided that it is reported in 14 days after item received and returned to us within 30 days period from the day received

()All sold USED items are covered under TECHSONAR 90 days parts and service warranty policy. After the item received for service or repair the shipping back to the buyer is paid by TECHSONAR.
Note* The condition of the returned item for REFUND or SERVICE, when received, should not have been subjected to any damages by misuse. If the item was shipped to us, it should NOT be sent in poorly packed state, internally and/or externally. However, if found or suspect box incurred a damaged externally, and think it was caused while shipping, we will always request for damage inspection and a report by the shipping service provider first, and release a supporting document for our claim.
